At ACE Peripherals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging. Please ensure all tech seals remain intact and all included accessories are returned to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your ACE Peripherals account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Electronics
Carefully place the item in its original box with all manuals, cables, and components, ensuring it is securely padded for safe transit.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
